How long does shipping take?
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. We ship your item within 1-4 business days. We exclusively ship with DHL.
International Shipping takes around 7-14days.
Please be aware that there may be a small delay during peak seasons.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order / selected items within 14 days of delivery. Please click here for our shipping & return policy.
Once we receive your order, we will refund it to your payment method.
If you choose exchange, we will send the new size after we receive your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna, UnionPay, ApplePay and GooglePay.
We temporarily do not accept PayPal.
DO I NEED TO PAY EXTRA FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?
If you live outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not covered by us and will not be refunded.
Are there Size Guides?
There is a size-chart button on the product page. The item was measured lying flat.
