SHIPPING & HANDLING

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. Some items are preorders and may take up to 2–4 weeks to dispatch.

VAT, DUTIES & TAXES

Sales tax is already included in the prices shown on the website. All duties and taxes are included for orders shipped to the European Union and Japan — no extra fees on delivery. For all other destinations, import duties and taxes may be charged on arrival (UK orders may be subject to ~20% import VAT). If a customer refuses these charges at delivery, the goods are returned to LIJU at the customer's expense; the customer is refunded for the value of the goods, minus return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Smaller orders ship via DHL Kleinpaket; larger orders via UPS Express Saver.

TRANSIT TIMES

Domestic orders are generally in transit 3–5 business days. International orders are generally in transit 6–12 business days, varying by destination — express services (e.g. UPS Express to Japan) are typically faster.

TRACKING

On dispatch, you receive a tracking link to follow your shipment's progress via the carrier's latest updates.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Delivery address can be changed any time before dispatch.
• P.O. box addresses are shipped via postal services only (no courier).
• If an item is out of stock, we refund that item and dispatch the rest of the order.
• Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the carrier's stated value. Refunds or replacements are processed once the carrier completes their investigation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

• You have 14 days from receiving your shipment to return items purchased on liju-gallery.com.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unworn condition — otherwise the return is declined and sent back to the sender.
• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund is issued within 5 business days.
• Original shipping charges, taxes and duties are non-refundable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. EU customers — start your return via our Returns Portal.
2. International orders — return to:

3. The return label is paid by the customer.
4. Mark the package clearly as a RETURN — otherwise we cannot accept it.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange your item for a different size. Please contact us beforehand so we can confirm the size is available.
